…are the most delicious kind of dumpling ever. Ravioli, apple dumplings, pierogi- none of them compare to potstickers. Slightly charred yet perfectly crisp bottoms, chewy edges, and piping hot fillings distinguish them from all the rest.

But maybe I’m biased. To me, they’re more than a food. They’re tradition. At every Chinese New Year celebration, family get together, or slow Friday evening, potstickers are sure to make an appearance.
